Untethered is led by Artistic Directors, Genevieve Labuschagne and Sam Holland-Bunyan.
Our company is dedicated to creating theatre and performance which interrogates problematic themes with good humour, bold physicality and visceral complicité. We take a physically embodied approach to theatre making with improvisation forming a core part of our process.
OUR STORY/HOW WE MET
Founded in 2025, the company produced its first project Am I Losing My Mind Or Just My Figure? The show completed a sold-out run at the Camden Fringe Festival. It was selected as ‘Pick of the Camden Fringe’ by the Camden News Journal, received numerous 5* and 4* reviews, was awarded an Offies Assessors’ Choice and was also nominated for Best Solo Show by the London Pub Theatre Awards (Finalist).
Following the show's great success at the Camden Fringe Festival Untethered theatre is now striving to new heights this year and taking Am I Losing My Mind Or Just My Figure? up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
